Mark Smith

Manager, Human Resourcest

Veggies to Go

238 Maine Street Portland, Maine 04101

Dear Mr. Smith,

I was so excited when my former coworker, Jay Lopez, told me about your opening for an administrative assistant in your Portland offices. A long-time Veggies to Go customer and an experienced admin. I would love to help the company achieve its mission of making healthy produce as available as takeout I've worked for small companies for my entire career, and I relish the opportunity to wear many hats and work with the team to succeed. In my latest role as an administrative assistant at Beauty Corp, I saved my employer thousands of dollars in temp workers by implementing a self-scheduling system for the customer service reps that cut down on canceled shifts. I also learned web design, time sheet coding, and perfected my Excel skills.

I've attached my resume for your consideration and hope to speak with you soon about your needs for the role.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth johnson (signature hard copy letter)

Great. You will become more and more skilled in practicing your pronunciation skills. In general what information is in the letter. What is the basic difference of the two. the letter? True, who wrote the letter, the person addressed and where the office address was located were clearly different. Exactly we focus on the beginning of the letter

Pay attention and compare the two letters!

This information is related to:

- Full Name

- Phone Number

- Email

- Name of the company you're applying to

How can it be followed? Surely you can afford to know what if you want know about information, who wrote the application letter (the applicant), the addressee and address. Furthermore, if you want to know information related to how applicants get information about job vacancies, positions to be filled, and the reason for applying for a job at the company (The purpose of the letter).

Take a look at the opening paragraph of the letter below !

I was so excited when my former coworker, Jay Lopez, told me about your opening for an administrative assistant in your Portland offices. A long-time Veggies to Go customer and an experienced admin, I would love to help the company achieve its mission of making healthy produce as available as takeout. It is clear that the applicant knows this information very well.

Great! You are amazingly able to find information in the opening paragraph. Now if we want to know about the qualifications, experience and education of the applicant, let's pay attention to paragraphs 2 and 3. However, there are important things that we must know, namely keywords related to someone's qualifications.
